What I owned (0→1)
I built the program end to end: defined objectives and scope, negotiated venue and vendors, managed budget, aligned stakeholders, designed the agenda, developed content, and ran on-site execution. I also set the cadence for distributor 1:1s and group sessions to drive decisions and follow-through.
What I delivered
A repeatable operating model: timeline, templates, roles, and communication workflow.
A program structure balancing strategy with execution (performance, portfolio, channels, growth).
A cross-market exchange format so wins, learnings, and pain points travel across countries.
Impact
AEC became a partner benchmark and a repeatable model we carried into 2025. It enabled real-time sharing of playbooks and pain points, surfaced new commercial opportunities (including cross-market product sharing), and accelerated best-practice transfer - turning “global strategy” into local commitments with clear follow-ups.
