What I owned

Team lead & strategy owner. I drove problem framing, global supplier scan, feasibility checks (unit economics + logistics assumptions), and the final pitch - aligning design ambition with execution realities.

What I delivered

  • An end-to-end plastic-free packaging system concept with clear user flow and component logic

  • A global sourcing map and partner shortlist, with evaluation criteria (capability, scalability, sustainability)

  • A feasibility blueprint surfacing key tradeoffs and a realistic path to launch (without requiring a full pilot)
